Calibrated to hold between 35.6°F and 46.4°F (2°C to 8°C). Draft beer served above 45°F foams excessively at the tap, causing waste and inconsistent pours. This temperature window keeps lagers and ales at the serving range where CO2 stays dissolved in the beer until it reaches the glass.

The unit ships with the beer tower, CO2 regulator, CO2 gas cylinder, CO2 cylinder support, evaporator, drip tray, plastic gasket, safety guard rail, reversible door, metal plate, two standard casters, two locking casters, two large shelves, and one small shelf. You still need to source the keg and your own beer line cleaning kit.

The reversible door lets you flip the hinge side to match your bar layout. If the unit sits at the end of a bar run where the standard hinge direction would block traffic or clearance to adjacent equipment, reversing the door costs nothing and eliminates an awkward placement problem.

Critical points: Never operate the CO2 system in a poorly ventilated space; CO2 leaks in sealed rooms are a suffocation hazard. Do not exceed the rated keg capacities; overloading the cabinet restricts airflow around the keg and causes temperature instability.
