Specializing in smoking equipment, this family-owned business has been perfecting its cooking equipment and barbeque techniques since 1962. The founder, Gene Ellis, decided to advance his barbeque equipment and launched the Cookshack to the food service industry. Today, his children own the company and continue to grow.
