The interior is made with 304 stainless steel while its exterior is made of 430 stainless steel. It also has polyurethane insulation and automatic defrosting. The 12000-175 comes complete with self-closing doors, guaranteeing to keep your ingredients fresh, and casters for easy mobility when cleaning. This is a perfect addition to meet the daily demands of any pizzeria, deli, or restaurant.
