The Vulcan VTC36 V Series 36" Modular VTEC Gas Charbroiler Range is a high-efficiency commercial kitchen solution delivering 66,000 BTU through its patented infrared burner system. Designed for modular installation, it features stainless steel construction, including front, plate ledge, sides, base, and stub back, along with a full-width crumb tray for easy cleaning.
The charbroiler has heavy-duty steel infrared emitter panels and 11" x 25" stainless steel cooking grids, each powered by a 22,000 BTU/hr burner with direct ignition and individual high-range control valves. Additional features include chrome burner knobs, 11⁄4" gas manifold and rear connections, and 6" adjustable legs for stability.
The VTC36 also supports optional standard and convection ovens with porcelain interiors, thermostats, and universal rack guides, combining energy efficiency, durability, and versatility for professional kitchens.
