The Vulcan VFRY18F PowerFry Series 18" Floor Fryer with Filter is designed for high-performance frying with a 50 lb. capacity and 70,000 BTU/hr. input. Built with a durable stainless steel fry tank and Vulcan’s ThreePass™ heat transfer system, this fryer delivers superior efficiency with 60.9% cooking efficiency and 72% thermal efficiency, making it ENERGY STAR® qualified.
It features solid-state analog controls, electronic ignition, and an energy-saving Soft Start ignition system that extends oil life. The integrated 18-gauge stainless steel filter system includes a 1/3 HP motor and pump that circulates oil at 8 gallons per minute, plus a one-touch push button for easy operation.
Additional features include a drain valve interlock switch, hi-limit shut off, Boil Out ByPass™, and a 1¼" front gas manifold with ¾" rear connection. Mounted on sturdy 6" legs, this fryer comes with a KleenScreen PLUS® filter package, a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, and a five-year limited fry tank warranty, making it an efficient and reliable solution for any commercial kitchen.
