Featuring six powerful open burners, this countertop hot plate delivers a total of 150,000 BTU/hr, perfect for sautés, stir-fries, and reductions due to its excellent “turn down” capabilities. Each burner has a two-piece design with lift-off heads for easy cleaning. The hot plate also includes a manual heat control valve for each burner and a standing pilot ignition system.

Constructed from stainless steel, the hot plate is highly durable, with heavy-duty cast-iron top grates designed to endure the demands of a busy commercial kitchen. Additionally, it features 4-inch adjustable legs to provide a comfortable working height of 13 inches.

The Vulcan 36-inch countertop hot plate comes with a natural gas connection but can be easily converted to liquid propane with the included conversion kit.
