Constructed with stainless steel front, ledges, sides, base, and stub back, it includes an extra-deep crumb tray and a 3-sided grease trough for easy cleaning. The range offers individual pilots and controls for each burner and a 50,000 BTU standard oven, with a convection oven option at 32,000 BTU.

Modular design ensures easy installation, while 6" adjustable legs provide stability for “B” models. Ideal for professional kitchens, the V2P36 comes with universal rack guides, a removable shelf in cabinet base models, and a one-year limited parts and labor warranty.
