The Vulcan V2FT36 V Series 36" Dual French-Top Modular Gas Range is a heavy-duty commercial range designed for professional kitchens. Featuring two 25,000 BTU cast 2-ring burners with polished cast iron French plates, it delivers precise, even heat for versatile cooking.

The modular design allows easy installation and maintenance, complemented by a stainless steel front, ledges, sides, base, and stub back with an extra-deep crumb tray. The range includes a 50,000 BTU standard oven and an optional 32,000 BTU convection oven, both with porcelain interiors and multiple rack positions.

Individual pilots and controls for each burner ensure precise operation, while 6" adjustable stainless steel legs provide stability. Total input is 50,000 BTU/hr, making the V2FT36 an efficient and durable solution for high-performance kitchens.
