The Vulcan EV36S-6FP240 Endurance Series 36" Electric Range is a heavy-duty commercial kitchen appliance built for performance and durability. Featuring a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame and stainless steel front, sides, back riser, plate shelf, and adjustable legs, this range ensures long-lasting use.

The top includes six 9½" French plates with 2 kW each and infinite heat control switches, while a full-width pull-out stainless steel crumb tray makes cleanup easy. The standard oversized oven delivers 5 kW power with a thermostat adjustable from 200°F to 500°F, top browning control, and three rack positions for versatile cooking.

Designed for commercial efficiency, it accommodates 18" x 26" sheet pans and operates on 208, 240, or 480V, single or three-phase power. With cool-touch knobs and an integrated oven door hinge/spring mechanism requiring no adjustments, this Vulcan electric range combines safety, convenience, and reliable performance in high-volume kitchens.
