The Vulcan EV36S-4FP1HT208 Endurance Series 36" Electric Range combines power, versatility, and durability for demanding commercial kitchens. Built with a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame and stainless steel front, sides, back riser, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs, this electric range is designed to last.

It features four 9" round French plates (2 kW each) with infinite heat controls and a 12" x 24" thermostatically controlled hot top, providing precise cooking performance. A full-width stainless steel crumb tray simplifies cleanup, while the oversized 5 kW oven offers top browning control and an adjustable thermostat from 200°F to 550°F.

The oven fits 18" x 26" sheet pans in multiple positions, with one rack included. Cool-to-the-touch knobs and handles ensure operator safety. Compatible with 208, 240, or 480V power in 1 or 3-phase (convertible from 3-phase), this range comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty.
