The Vulcan EV36S-2HT12G208 Endurance Series 36" Electric Range is a durable, high-performance solution for busy commercial kitchens. Built with a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame, stainless steel front, sides, and back riser, plus 6" adjustable legs, this restaurant-grade range ensures long-lasting reliability.

It features two powerful hot tops, a right-side 12" thermostatic griddle, and a standard oversized oven delivering 5kW of heat output. The Bakers’ depth oven accommodates 18" x 26" sheet pans in multiple rack positions, with a thermostat adjustable from 200°F to 500°F for versatile cooking. Designed with infinite heat controls, cool-touch knobs, a pull-out crumb tray, and spill-proof welded corners, this unit combines performance, safety, and easy maintenance.

Compatible with 208, 240, or 480V in 1 or 3 phase (convertible), it’s built to handle the demands of any professional kitchen.
