The Vulcan EV36S-2FP24G240 Endurance Series 36" Electric Range is a versatile and durable cooking solution, perfect for demanding commercial kitchens. This 36" wide electric restaurant range features two 9½" French plates with 2 kW input each and a right-side 24" griddle with a ⅞" thick plate, each 12" section equipped with its own thermostat for precise temperature control.
The fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame and stainless steel exterior ensure long-lasting performance, while the full-width pull-out crumb tray simplifies cleaning. A powerful 5 kW standard oven offers top browning heat and a thermostat range from 200°F to 500°F, with a spacious interior that fits 18" x 26" pans side-to-side or front-to-back. The oven includes one rack with three position options, a heavy-duty door, and insulated side-mounted controls for safety.
This model operates on 208V, 240V, or 480V, single or three-phase (field convertible), and comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty. Ideal for high-performance, space-saving electric cooking.
