The Vulcan 72SS-12B Endurance Series 72" 12 Burner Range with two standard ovens is a high-performance, heavy-duty cooking solution ideal for demanding commercial kitchens. Built with a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame and a stainless steel exterior, this range offers exceptional durability and long-lasting performance.

It features twelve open-top burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU/hr, with lift-off burner heads and a shrouded flash tube ignition system for efficient, reliable startup. The heavy-duty cast iron grates (front: 12" x 12½", rear: 12" x 14½") easily lift off for cleaning and are designed to support large pots and pans. Below, two 35,000 BTU/hr standard ovens provide baker’s depth cavities with porcelain-lined interiors, fitting full-size sheet pans side-to-side or front-to-back.

Each oven includes two racks with four position options, and thermostats that adjust from 250°F to 500°F. The cool-touch oven handles, extra-deep crumb tray, adjustable 6" legs, and 1" rear gas connection with pressure regulator enhance safety and usability.
