The Fuoco is an electric pizza oven that was designed and built to offer extremely high levels of performance, efficiency, and reliability with low operating costs. It is available for baking 4 pizzas with a diameter of 13.38". In the mechanical version, the temperature is set by the top and bottom thermostats and is displayed on the mechanical thermometer. The Mechanical Fuoco oven has a safety thermostat and independent chambers. QPS Approved.

Great for operations that are limited on space or are simply looking to expand their snack menu, this countertop pizza oven will have you serving freshly cooked pies, bread, and other tasty snacks in no time. The compact countertop design is great for snack bars, concession stands, and pubs.
