Double Sheet Ravioli Former RS 09

The RS 09 is a machine to produce double sheet ravioli and is suitable for all soft fillings with meat and cheese including large particulate varieties. Its compact design makes it suitable for shops and for small to medium production.

• Interchangeable dies to get different shapes: square, round, half-moon, and special shapes at request.
• Filling feeding system is adjustable while the machine is running.
• Twin laminating group with independent pasta sheet thickness adjustment.
