Automatic Double Outfeed Kneader Sheeter CA 540 E-DU-120

The automatic sheeter CA 310-540 E-DU - 120 is a machine to produce two sheets simultaneously of cold laminated pasta. The sheet can be used to feed a ravioli machine RC 300-540 or RCA 300-540 type, placed in a continuous production line. Thanks to the double independent motorization it is possible to have different speeds for the two pasta sheets. The extremely sturdy structure and technical solutions adopted such as tempered and lubricated gears, double coaxial and multistage motor-gearbox, sealed bearings lubricated for life, guarantee a noiseless running with reduced maintenance exigencies and make it suitable for industrial use in a continuous production line, combined with a separate lifting mixer/kneader tank IR 70-130 E, with single-shaft discontinuous mixer IS 70-130 or continuous mixing machines.

The hygienic design incorporates a twin sidewall construction, with external sidewalls in anodized aluminum and internal sidewalls in stainless steel, which creates a distance between the bearings and the working area so any possible pasta contamination is avoided and any product can be easily removed. There are no sharp edges and incorporates a tilting hopper and an openable lower door for deep and quick cleaning. All food contact parts are made in stainless steel or food-grade plastic material.

The machine is provided with a double-shaft motor-driven loading hopper with 70 kg capacity, double bearings on external sidewalls, double passage gremola, final calibrating rollers of 120 mm. diameter all in stainless steel, and 2 conveyor belts for pasta sheets. Command, control, and safety devices according to CE standards. On request, it can be provided with an electronic speed variator for the automatic adjustment of the production line.
