This durable unit has dual has a dual proof/heat control that reaches up to 180°F/82°C. The temperature is shown with an LED display from the accessible control panel. In addition, it has an adjustable humidity function ranging from 30%-95%.

This model will provide even heat and circulation from its air baffle and circulating air blower. It comes complete with an equipped drip pan and an internal water pan. Item walls consist of two aluminum plates and a sponge, with a total thickness of 2mm/0.07". This proofer cabinet can fit up to (35) 18″ x 26″ pans.
