Omcan’s Heavy-Duty Gas Counter Top Hot Plates are easily field convertible (kit included) between natural gas or LP gas. Each burner puts out 20,000 BTUs per hour, has its own gas valve and standing pilot light. 2 burners for every 12” of grill width. These Hot Plates are constructed in stainless steel (fully welded front and sides) and cast iron grates. All Hot Plates have stainless steel removable drip trays, 4-5” adjustable legs and a ¾” rear NPT gas inlet. ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation
