Omcan’s Heavy-Duty Gas Counter Top Griddles are easily field convertible (kit included) between natural gas or LP gas. Each burner puts out 30,000 BTUs per hour, has its own gas valve and standing pilot light. 1 burner for every 12” of griddle width. These griddles are constructed in stainless steel (fully welded front and sides) and features a ¾” thick steel cooking surface. All griddles have a 3” wide grease trough, 4-5” adjustable legs and a ¾” rear NPT gas inlet. ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation (Kit included)
