This model is completely made of stainless steel, and equipped with a rear-mounted fan, heating element (800 W), and a thermostatic control. With this dehydrator, you’ll be keeping your foods flavourful and preservative-free, while additionally making them a healthier option for your customers. The CE-CN-0005-D comes with 16" x 14.5" chrome plated shelves, allowing you to cook more food. The thermostat is adjustable from 90º F-165º F, to rightly suit specific foods and their desired temperatures.
