This stainless steel reversible dough sheeter allows you to save time and labor at your establishment. Zanduco's stainless steel floor model dough sheeter is designed for optimal performance, it is suitable for bakeries, restaurants, and hotels. Equipped with safety features, preset roller thickness controls, and foldable tables for space-saving storage, this machine increases your bakery's production and efficiency. This dough sheeter has two catch trays on both sides which are conveniently place to avoid any dough sliding off the machine and landing on unwanted surfaces.
Zanduco's reversible dough sheeter offers more safety features from safety guards, an emergency stop switch, to a thermal overload device. Made of high-quality stainless steel; durable and perfect use for a long period of time. It can withstand the busiest commercial environments while remaining easy to clean and safe to operate during and at the end of the day.
The conveyor belt and unit measures 107.5 inches long in its working position and folds down to just under 35.4 inches, making it the perfect machine for kitchens with limited space. Dough sheeters are used to flatten or roll out dough for pizza, pie crusts, fondant, and other pastries, and are ideal for high production businesses. This countertop dough sheeter is reversible and features a 3.5-inch wide by 20.5-inch long dough roller with a gap that can be adjusted between 1 and 1.4 inches. The 19.75-inch wide conveyor belt operates at a speed of 18-32 metres/minute and can hold up to 11 pounds (5 kg) of dough.
