• Many Uses: Delivery/storage cabinets can be used to hold food in various stages of preparation or to deliver prepared food to the place it is served.
• Sturdy: The top and bottom corners are reinforced with aluminum castings. This feature, plus a stabilizing bar inside, keep cabinets square and rigid.
• Strong and Lightweight: Delivery/storage cabinets are made of .063 inch (1.6mm) and .100 inch (2.5mm) aluminum for strength without excess weight.
• Saves Space: When opened, the continuous hinged door fits into a protective recess along the sidewall so cabinets can be placed flush against one another to save space.
• Easy to Open and Close: The door can be opened or closed easily by either right or left-handed operators. Dual-purpose gravity “slam” latch holds the door closed securely or completely opened.
• Designed for Easy Cleaning: Unitized extruded aluminum slide panels and smooth, obstruction-free chassis permit thorough cleaning. Unique integral hinge design stays clean and sanitary.
• Four Sizes: Cabinets come in sizes from 353 /4” to 713 /4” (908 x 1822mm) high to meet every need. Extruded aluminum slide panels hold 18” x 26” (455 x 660mm) sheet pans on 11 /2” (38mm) centers.
