6 qt, 10 3/4" dia. 4 1/2" depth, Island Spice (graduated red).  Handles and knobs are ovens safe to 500°F.  Rims are black matte enamel, the cooking surface is off-white enamel.  Can be used on all cooking surfaces, including induction.  Use for any cooking technique.  Use to marinate and even refrigerate. Always allow cookware to cool completely before washing. Unlike seasoned cast-iron, enameled cookware can be cleaned in a dishwasher, though it is not recommended for every use. Do not use metal utensils, as they can scratch and chip the porcelain. Made in China.
