This refrigerated prep table is made with stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. The ¾” thick cutting board will let you place and organize your products for prep. It also has polyurethane insulation and automatic defrosting. This prep table is complete with self-closing doors, guaranteeing to keep your ingredients fresh, and casters for easy mobility when cleaning. This is a perfect addition to meet the daily demands of any deli or restaurant.
These refrigerated prep tables are designed for maximum performance in an air-conditioned area of 75°F ambient temperature and 55% relative humidity. There must be adequate ventilation at the top, sides & rear of the unit for proper operation.
