Ikon’s refrigerated prep tables are constructed with 430 stainless steel on the exterior and 304 stainless steel on the interior. This refrigerated prep table is complete with self-closing doors, guaranteeing to keep your ingredients fresh, and casters for easy mobility when cleaning. The heavy-duty epoxy shelves are adjustable. Magnetic door gaskets are also supplied with the refrigerator to help maintain internal temperatures as well as keep dust and other debris out. The 29-inch Ikon sandwich prep table comes equipped with a 9-inch polyethylene cutting board making it easy to prepare sandwiches and salads right on top of the unit. This is a perfect addition to meet the daily demands of any deli or restaurant.
