The Fagor EVO Concept Plus COP‑174W is a robust hood-style dishwasher that achieves effective sanitization using hot water instead of chemicals. Crafted from high-grade stainless steel, it’s built to stand up to rigorous usage and offers flexible installation, whether in a straight-through or corner configuration.
Its Effi Wash system delivers dynamic hydraulic cleaning action, while Effi Rinse ensures powerful, high-temperature rinsing—even under minimal water pressure. The Soft Start function gently ramps up pump power, kind to delicate items and keeping sound levels low. A streamlined digital interface simplifies operation. Included are a built-in detergent pump, rinse-aid dispenser, and rinse pump, along with a multi-voltage connection box that simplifies electrical integration.
The unit is constructed with ANSI 304 stainless-steel, stamped design including wash tank, guides and control panel. IPX4 - Protection against water jets - control panel. Built-in detergent pump and rinse-aid dispenser. 17” clearance for ware. Corner or straight-through operations.
