Doyon PIZ3 - Electric Three Deck Countertop Convection Pizza Oven - 30" x 21" x 4.75" Decks

The PIZ Series Pizza Ovens are designed with Doyon's exclusive Jet Air technology with a reversing fan system for even baking. It features three independent baking chambers that can accommodate pizzas up to 18" (457 mm) pizzas through individual glass doors. The 3 perforated nickel-plated decks in this countertop convection pizza oven allow for quick heat accumulation & even heat distribution in each deck, producing a delicious crispy crust for each pizza. The product's versatility allows for sandwiches, pastries, wings, seafood, poultry, and so much more to be cooked with just one appliance! The quick pre-heating and baking times are perfect for restaurant kitchen production to keep up with the demands of customers.
