Precision Controls and Thoughtful Features

Each unit features Delfield’s ACT solid-state electronic control system, conveniently mounted on the rear exterior of the cabinet. This advanced control ensures precise temperature regulation, even under demanding kitchen conditions. The refrigeration system runs on environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, while the condenser coil and hot gas condensate evaporator are also positioned at the rear for efficient operation and easy service access.

Interior sides are thermoformed ABS plastic with integral shelf supports. Base is fully insulated with high-density
foamed in place environmentally friendly, Kyoto Protocol Compliant, Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential), Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane.
