Meet the Delfield 4464NP‑M Mega‑Top Refrigerated Unit, a powerhouse of reliability and functionality built for the busiest kitchen environments. The series of Mega top prep table are engineered for seamless placement thanks to its front‑breathing, self‑contained system—no rear clearance required. They are encased in stainless steel with a resilient ABS interior, which resists chipping, dents, and rust and even offers a lifetime warranty on that lining. Those prep table are fully insulated with eco‑friendly polyurethane, meeting stringent Kyoto Protocol standards for low environmental impact.
Comes configured for 12, 18, or 24 1/6‑size pans, with clever dual‑level pan brackets that let you drop pans 1″ lower without tools for better cooling efficiency.
