220V Manual Fill Electric Counter Pan Convection Steamer, EPX-5 

CrownSteam EPX-5 is a countertop, boiler-free convection steamer, c-CSA-us, and NSF certified. This unit shall be connectionless, no plumbing is required. Constructed of satin finish 304 stainless steel with a one-piece welded 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with coved corners. EPX-5's door is equipped with a removable inner liner of stainless steel with a full perimeter gasket seal, an outer liner of one-piece all-welded stainless steel, and a positive lock and seal mechanism with spring release. This steamer includes removable stainless steel pan supports and a steam diffuser plate. The control housing is built in a stainless steel material with a full-access removable panel. It also comes with an illuminated timed cooking/off/constant steam switch, a ready indicator light, cooking indicator light, a 60-minute electric timer with an audible alarm that signals the end of the cook cycle, and a low water indicator light with an audible alarm. This unit's door has an interlock switch that interrupts steam generation when the door is open and shall be reactivated when the door is closed.
