The Cleveland KGL-25-T natural gas 25-gallon 2/3 steam jacketed kettle is a robust, self-contained unit designed for easy installation. With its 25-gallon capacity, it’s perfect for preparing large quantities of stews, pasta, chili, and soup. Its precise temperature control, maintaining less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit of variance, makes it ideal for simmering as well.

This steam jacketed kettle features an energy-efficient, high-performance gas heating system that provides quick heat-up and recovery times. The automatic electronic spark ignition system ensures reliable startup every time.

The steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water and rated at 50 PSI. It also includes a rear-mounted safety valve to prevent accidental operation. All exterior surfaces are constructed from durable 304 stainless steel.

A splash-proof solid state control panel allows for easy temperature regulation, monitoring the heat cycle, and providing a low-water warning. Additional features include a large pouring lip for fast and easy pouring, a durable rolled rim for added strength, a hand wheel-style manual tilting mechanism with a self-locking worm and segment gear, and flanged feet for secure floor bolting.
