The Cleveland KET-12T has a 12-gallon capacity, serving approximately 352 (4 oz) cups of your signature soup or special. Unlike stock pots and ranges that emit heat only from the bottom, steam jacketed kettles feature a cooking surface that covers two-thirds of the pot, allowing more product contact with the heat source. This results in faster cooking times and about 35% energy savings.
NSF certified and extremely durable, the KET-12T is constructed from 304 stainless steel with an easy-to-clean #4 finish, built to withstand high-traffic kitchens. It features water-resistant controls and a wide butterfly-shaped pouring lip for accurate, mess-free serving. The self-locking marine tilting mechanism prevents spills while allowing effortless tilting thanks to its balanced design.
