The BUNN 39900.6006 (also marketed as the SmartWAVE 15-S-APS Low Profile Silver Thermal Server Coffee Brewer) is a plumbed-in commercial coffee brewer designed for airpot/thermal-server dispensing systems. According to the manufacturer, it uses BUNN’s exclusive SmartWAVE® brewing technology to increase turbulence in the brew funnel and achieve a more uniform extraction of the coffee grounds.

It is part of BUNN’s SmartWAVE series, designed for space savings (low-profile footprint) and high performance in commercial settings such as offices, small cafés, hospitality environments, or meeting spaces.

The unit is designed to brew into thermal servers or airpots (servers sold separately) and incorporates features aimed at both brew quality and ease/safety of operation (for example, a SplashGard® funnel to deflect hot liquid away from the operator) and energy efficiency (energy-saver mode).
