The BUNN 51200.6103 is a commercial-grade, twin-head batch brewer from BUNN’s “Infusion Series® Soft Heat®” line, the “Twin Soft Heat with wireless communication” configuration.

It is designed to brew coffee in large batches directly into insulated “Soft Heat” servers (sold separately), which keep brewed coffee at serving temperature and preserve flavor, ideal for high-volume settings like cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, catering, or any venue needing consistent, large-scale coffee service.

This model adds wireless server-monitoring capabilities, allowing staff to track server status (age of coffee, when the server is empty or expired) via a dashboard accessible from smartphones, tablets, or laptops, helping ensure fresh coffee service and efficient workflow.
