The BUNN 38700.6001 is a medium‑volume, plumbed automatic coffee brewer from Bunn’s Axiom series, specifically the Axiom 35‑3 model. It features three warming plates—two on the upper level and one on the lower—to keep coffee at serving temperature.

The brewer uses Digital Brewer Control (DBC) for precise extraction and BrewLOGIC® technology to adjust brew time in high-lime (hard water) areas, ensuring consistent pot levels. A built-in hot water faucet adds versatility for tea or other hot beverages, while the SplashGard® funnel helps protect the operator from hot liquids.

Programming, including brew level, temperature, and cold-brew lock-out, is conveniently done from the front of the machine. The cold-brew lock-out prevents brewing when incoming water is too cold, maintaining quality, and the energy-saver mode lowers tank temperature during idle periods to reduce power usage. A large internal tank (~200 oz / 5.9 L) supports back-to-back brewing.
