Hydrocarbon Series 93" 4 Drawer Pizza Prep Table - DPD93HC-4 

Beverage-air's prep table is designed to keep your toppings and ingredients fresh at a food-safe holding temperature. The unit's interior lines are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum; which helps in preventing spills from falling into the cabinet. This commercial prep table is built with removable hoods and insulated lid assemblies; made of matching stainless steel. Also, a self-closing door with 120º stay-open features on cam-lift hinges. 

Manufactured with magnetic gaskets which provides a positive seal on both door and drawers. Comes with 3-inch casters (2 with brakes standard). Its reversible cutting boards are 19-inch wide and are removable for easy cleaning. This unit uses an eco-friendly refrigerant, R290, which is perfect to use in any commercial kitchen, restaurants, cafes, and other food establishments.
