It comes equipped with ten 30,000 BTU/hr. open top burners with lift-off heads and an energy-efficient flash tube ignition system for reliable operation. The heavy-duty cast iron grates include built-in aeration bowls and lift off easily for cleaning. The unit features two spacious ovens: a 23,000 BTU/hr. standard oven and a 35,000 BTU/hr. convection oven, each accommodating full-size sheet pans with multiple rack positions. Oven thermostats range from 250°F to 500°F.

Additional highlights include cool-touch burner knobs, deep crumb trays, and a total output of 358,000 BTU/hr.
