This natural gas/liquid propane restaurant range features two 30,000 BTU/hr. open burners with lift-off heads, a robust 24" charbroiler with four 16,000 BTU/hr. burners (totaling 64,000 BTU/hr.), and a 35,000 BTU/hr. standard oven, delivering a total input of 159,000 BTU/hr.
Designed for durability and performance, it includes a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame, stainless steel front, sides, and backriser, and 6" adjustable legs. The flash tube pilot system (one pilot per two burners) enhances energy efficiency, while the heavy-duty cast grates with built-in aeration improve heat distribution. The oven fits full-size sheet pans and offers temperature control from 250°F to 500°F, with two racks and four positions.Â
Additional features include a deep pull-out crumb tray, cool-touch knobs, and a ¾" rear gas connection with a pressure regulator, making it ideal for high-volume, high-performance cooking environments.
