The Omcan series of spiral mixers features a stainless steel bowl, a fixed stainless steel high strength shaft, and a safety mechanism that safely stops the machine when the bowl cover is lifted. These dough mixers are designed specifically for dough and allow your establishment to reduce the usual mixing time as opposed to traditional machines, which is ideal for any bakery, café, grocery store, or restaurant! The stainless steel grated lid allows for ingredients such as flour to be added to the dough as it is mixing without having to shut it off. When the lid is lifted an automatic shutoff will stop the motor from spinning to prevent any possible injury. In addition, a built-in killswitch is located on the side panel so that the machine can be quickly shut off if necessary.
