The Turbofan E33T5/2C double stack oven system delivers powerful, high-precision convection in a stacked format for operations that require maximum output and consistency in minimal space. Each oven offers a 5 half-size pan capacity, for a total of 10 pans, and features an advanced 5.7″ touchscreen control interface with intuitive icons, programmable stages, and shelf-specific timing.

This unit is ideal for high-volume bakeries, cafés, ghost kitchens, or institutional kitchens that require repeatable cooking processes with professional-grade results. Each oven allows you to program up to 20 recipes, with each recipe supporting up to 5 cooking stages, adjustable sound alerts, hold mode, and custom icon uploads via the USB port—streamlining operations across teams and shifts.

Humidity control is critical for many baked goods and proteins, and the E33T5/2C offers 5 levels of moisture injection, plus a manual mode for precision hydration. Bi-directional 2-speed fans reverse airflow to maintain temperature uniformity across the chamber, even at full load.

Cleaning and maintenance are simplified with a porcelain enamel oven chamber, removable side racks, tool-free fan baffle, and a plug-in door seal. A built-in Safe-Touch side-hinged door system protects staff during service with vented, cool-touch design and slam-shut functionality.

The ovens are securely mounted on a DSK33C castor base stand, which includes a stainless steel oven spacer, heavy-duty 3″ castors, and a rear guard rail for safe lower oven access. This double-stacked, touchscreen-controlled oven delivers scalability, flexibility, and precision—all in just 24 inches of width.
