The Atosa ATHC-9ES 25" Insulated Heated Holding Cabinet is a premium solution for keeping food warm and fresh in commercial kitchens. The cabinet holds nine 18 x 26 pans, with the ATHC-18ES version accommodating eighteen pans, and features adjustable heating settings from 85°F to 207°F, controlled through an easy-to-read LED display. Fully insulated with eco-friendly foaming material, it prevents heat loss, improves energy efficiency, and protects the environment.
The unit includes integrated slides and a removable control drawer for effortless cleaning. For mobility, it comes with four pre-installed industrial casters, two locking and two swivel, and a 10 power cord for convenient placement.
