The Vulcan VWT36S V Series 36" Work-Top Gas Range with Standard Oven is designed for high-performance commercial kitchens, delivering 50,000 BTU/hr. The range features a full stainless steel work surface, front, sides, base, and stub back with a 20-gauge full-body work top spreader and 6" adjustable legs for stability.
Its standard oven includes a porcelain interior and a thermostat adjustable from 175°F to 550°F, with one rack and three possible rack positions. Additional highlights include a 4" stainless steel stub riser, 1¼" front and rear gas connections, and a pilot with a millivolt safety system.
