Zanduco’s refrigerated pizza prep tables provide ample storage space and 3/4” thick cutting boards. This refrigerated prep table is made with stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. This unit offers great storage space and work area; 23 cu. ft. that suits all commercial prep areas. The ¾” thick cutting board will let you place and organize your products for prep. The interior is made with 304 stainless steel while its exterior is made of 430 stainless steel. It also has polyurethane insulation and automatic defrosting. The 12000-174 comes complete with self-closing doors, guaranteeing to keep your ingredients fresh, and casters for easily mobility when cleaning. This is a perfect addition to meet the daily demands of any pizzeria, deli, or restaurant.
