The interior is made with 304 stainless steel while its exterior is made of 430 stainless steel. It also has polyurethane insulation and automatic defrosting. The 12000-173 comes complete with self-closing doors, guaranteeing to keep your ingredients fresh, and casters for easily mobility when cleaning. This is a perfect addition to meet the daily demands for any pizzeria, deli or restaurant.
