Zanduco’s mega refrigerated prep tables provide ample storage space and 3/4” cutting boards. This refrigerated prep table is made with stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. This 430 stainless steel unit offers great storage space and work area; 12.6 cu. ft. that suits all commercial prep areas. The ¾” thick cutting board will let you place and organize your products for prep. The interior is made with 304 stainless steel while its exterior is made of 430 stainless steel. It also has polyurethane insulation and automatic defrosting. The 12000-181 is complete with self-closing doors, guaranteeing to keep your ingredients fresh, and casters for easy mobility when cleaning. This is a perfect addition to meet the daily demands of any deli or restaurant.
