This 41.3" ice cream display is equipped with an internal LED on top, a digital controller, and a dual LED temp that is displayed inside at the back. It comes with 7 pans that can hold up to 5 liters of gelato. On the back of the unit are sliding doors - easy access when serving customers. For ease of mobility, this ice cream dipping freezer comes with four casters. The temperature of this unit can be adjusted between -12°C to -22°C and uses an R290 refrigerant, which is eco-friendly and ideal to use in any dessert place.
