Product Overview
The CVap® HBB0N2 Hold & Serve Drawer offers precise food temperature and texture control. CVap drawers have a unique design that boosts temp recovery, even with frequent openings. It’s ideal for countertops in kiosks, QSRs, or any operation with limited space, but food quality is a priority.
CVap (or Controlled Vapor Technology) is a patented dual heat system that uses a combination of moist vapor heat and dry air heat to control food temperature and texture.
