With top and bottom heating elements, and a max temperature of 840°F, this oven ensures even, fast baking—ideal for traditional pies, flatbreads, and other oven-finished menu items.
This unit includes a 30-minute mechanical timer with audible alert, independent ON/OFF controls for heating zones, and an interior oven light for visibility through the fully insulated chamber.
