The Vulcan VTC36S V Series 36" Gas VTEC Charbroiler Range with Standard Oven is a high-efficiency, modular infrared charbroiler designed for commercial kitchens. This 36" wide unit features heavy-duty steel infrared emitter panels with 11" x 25" stainless steel cooking grids and a total of 66,000 BTU from patented infrared burners, each with individual high-range heat control valves and direct ignition piezo spark igniters.

The standard oven delivers 50,000 BTU with a porcelain interior and adjustable thermostats from 150°–550°F, supplied with one rack and allowing three rack positions. The range boasts a stainless steel front, plate ledge with pull-out condiment rails, sides, base, stub back, full-width crumb tray, 4" stub riser, and 6" adjustable legs for stability.

 Its durable construction, energy-efficient burners, and reliable oven make it ideal for high-volume cooking environments, backed by a one-year limited parts and labor warranty.
