Designed with a stainless steel front, plate ledge with pull-out condiment rails, sides, base, stub back, and 6" adjustable legs, it ensures durability and stability. 

Each 11" x 25" cooking grid features a 22,000 BTU infrared burner with individual high-range control valves and direct ignition piezo spark igniters. The unit includes a full-width stainless steel crumb tray for easy cleaning and a cabinet base with a stainless steel door and universal rack guides with a removable shelf. 

Optional standard and convection ovens with porcelain interiors provide flexible cooking options, making the VTC36B ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens. It comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty.
